The Effect of COVID-19 on Pediatric Speech and Hearing Services

What is this?

You are being asked to take part in a research study. Your participation in the study is voluntary. Consent is implied with the submission of the survey/questionnaire and may be stopped at any time. You may choose not to join, or you may withdraw your consent to be in the study, for any reason, without penalty.

Why are you asking me?

The purpose of this study was to examine parents' perceptions of the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the speech and/or hearing services their child received. You are being asked to participate because you are the parent or primary caregiver of a child who receives care from a speech-language or hearing healthcare provider during the COVID-19 pandemic.

What do I need to do?

To participate in this study, you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire which will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

What will happen after I finish?

The information obtained from this questionnaire is anonymous. The information may be used for presentations at conventions and/or articles.
